GONDA: Two individuals have been killed and two others have been injured after roof of an under-construction space collapsed in Uttar Pradesh's Gonda district, officers said on Thursday. Superintendent of Police RP Singh said the incident happened in Mahespur village of the district when a boy was once taking part in on the roof of the home of Ramdas Rajbhar.
"Suddenly the under-construction roof started falling. Ramdas (40) and Sumit (10) died on the spot as they came under the debris. Two persons also sustained injuries in the mishap," the officer said.
The our bodies of the deceased have been despatched for postmortem exam, he added.
