CHANDIGARH: Women lawyers of the Punjab and Haryana top court docket on Wednesday held an interactive session, beneath the aegis of gender sensitisation and inner complaints committee.
During the session, chairperson Justice Daya Chaudhary, in conjunction with other members of the committee, discussed quite a lot of provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (prevention and redressal) Act 2013 and laws of gender sensitisation and sexual harassment of women at the top court docket.

The panel members mentioned that efforts have been being made to create consciousness amongst felony fraternity about the provisions of the Act. "People are being sensitised in opposition to gender-based discrimination at office. Problems faced by feminine lawyers are being brought to the awareness of the committee.
