ST drivers, conductors spotted tiger over last two months

Vadodara: While a school teacher may have been the one one to provide photographic proof of the life of a tiger in the Sant Matro jungles of Santrampur taluka, the drivers and conductors of state shipping (ST) buses that ply at the Godhra-Panam Dam path had noticed the tiger over the past couple of months.
Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) buses ply at regular periods at the path. The path passes during the area where the tiger has been transferring around. One of the drivers noticed the tiger in the final week of January whilst others have noticed it previous.

Maksud Tekravala, a driver, stated, “I saw the tiger standing at the highway in the light of my bus in the night time. This was once either on January 28 or January 30 when I was on responsibility at the path. People have been telling us about its presence, but it was once for the primary time that I saw it.”


Udesinh Baria, a conductor who plies at the same path, stated he had seen the tiger about two months back near Gadh village. “It stood at the side of the road for a couple of mins and then walked into the trees. The passengers in the bus additionally saw it. There are other drivers and conductors too who've seen the tiger,” stated Baria.


Another bus driver Rafiq Peerzada stated that he too saw the tiger near Gadh in the morning a few month back. “The tiger was once crossing the road. A person who was once driving a motorcycle had additionally seen the tiger and had stopped at the highway,” he stated.
