VADODARA: After two gangs entered into a brawl inside of Panigate police station on Tuesday, two individuals of ‘Bichhoo’ gang have been nabbed from Ajwa Road on Wednesday.
Cops from detection of crime department (DCB) found Shahrukh Pathan and Faizal Sheikh in suspicious situation close to Sayaji Park on Ajwa Road on Wednesday morning. Police puzzled them about their presence there and frisked them right through which knives have been found from them. The duo was once held for carrying weapons and violating public notification.
Sources stated that the accused may just no longer give adequate answer about retaining the weapons with them. Among the 2, Pathan faces several circumstances of try to homicide, robbery, extortion and communal rioting amongst others.
The seven individuals who have been involved in the brawl at the police station on February four have been despatched to other jails of the state underneath the Prevention of Anti-Social Activities (PASA) Act.
