TIRUPUR: Fourteen other folks suffered accidents when a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation bus going to Bengaluru from Pathanamthitta fell off a street overbridge on the Kochi-Salem National Highway in Tamil Nadu's Tirupur district within the early hours of Sunday.
There have been 26 other folks within the bus. When it used to be passing via Avinashi, driver Jaison misplaced keep watch over of the vehicle. The bus fell off the overbridge and landed in a slanting position on the underpass. The twist of fate happened around 2.30am.
The injured, together with two children, have been rushed to Avinashi Government Hospital and a personal medical institution in Coimbatore.
The Avinashi police registered a case.
