PATNA: The state BJP has sharpened its attack at the birthday celebration’s disgruntled Patna Sahib MP Shatrughan Sinha. Senior birthday celebration functionary and deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi on Sunday prompt Sinha to not face extra ‘embarrassment’ via contesting polls and becoming a member of ‘Yashwant club’.
According to political observers, Yashwant club, named after veteran leader Yashwant Sinha, refers to ‘margdarshak mandal’ contributors of the BJP. These contributors are the ones who have both left BJP or are within the ‘dangerous books’ of the birthday celebration.
Shatrughan too made a transparent indication of his ‘newfound’ loyalty to Congress through a tweet addressed to PM Narendra Modi with the hashtag of #CongressYuktBharat.
BJP has changed Shatrughan with Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad in Patna Sahib Lok Sabha seat, which is able to go to polls within the seventh segment on May 19.

We are positive that Shatrughan will give Ravi Shankar Prasad a run for his cash although Patna Sahib has been a BJP bastion,” a senior Bihar Congress functionary stated.
