KALYAN: The Mayawati-led Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is making plans to contest on all 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra in a quest for its maiden political opening.
The party has determined to contest from all seats after talk of alliance failed with Vanchit Aghadi.
BSP leaders while maintaining a rally in Kalyan stated that the party is making plans to offer a mixture of Dalit and non-Dalit applicants in a bid to enlarge its electoral base.
BSP leader Dayanand Kiratkar, secretary of BSP stated, "We have decided to contest poll from all seats and we hope to win maximum seats so that we can make our party supremo Mayawati Prime Minister of country".
Party common secretary Prashant Ingale stated, "The talk is still also on with Samajwadi Party leaders in state if they agrees we can also fight together in state like Uttar Pradesh".
