THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (KeSCPCR) has registered a case in opposition to a school trainer who denied permission to a scholar to use the toilet right through an exam.
Commission chairperson P Suresh registered a suo motu case in opposition to the trainer on the government higher secondary faculty, Kadakkal, Kollam, on the foundation of media stories that the child who felt critical abdomen ache right through the SSLC examination was denied permission to visit the toilet. According to the file, the coed pleaded with the trainer for permission however the trainer did not budge.
