Varanasi: The district Congress committee submitted a memorandum to the district election place of job on Tuesday alleging that the BJP MLA from Varanasi Cantt Saurabh Srivastava violated the style code of habits by way of distributing wall clocks and different gifts to electorate.
Congressmen demanded an independent probe and appropriate motion in this regard. Srivastava, alternatively, denied the allegation and mentioned the gifts were allotted two days sooner than the implementation of style code of habits.
