MANGALURU: Congress candidate Mithun Rai filed his nomination papers to contest Lok Sabha election 2019 from Dakshina Kannada parliamentary constituency on Monday, on the penultimate day to submit nominations.
Rai, the president of Dakshina Kannada District Youth Congress, made a distinct mention of minister D Ok Shivakumar for his steering and give a boost to earlier than submitting his nomination papers.
