Vadodara: A visa marketing consultant from Punjab was once nabbed for allegedly cheating a city-based shuttle agent of Rs 8.7 lakh in 2016. The accused Parminder Singh was once brought to metropolis from Chandigarh prior to he was once about to flee out of the country.
