MUMBAI: An 18-year-old girl from Mira Road was once allegedly sedated and sexually abused by means of her 62-year-old father at their house over the past few months. The accused was once arrested after an NGO helped the girl resort a police criticism. The faculty scholar alleged in her criticism that her father were mixing sedatives in her dinner and raping her at night time after she used to cross out.
The girl has said she stays along with her father, stepmother and two more youthful siblings (one of the vital siblings is her step-mother's child along with her father).
The girl instructed police that since few months she was once waking up feeling nauseous and realizing that she had dozed off temporarily post-dinner. Soon after dinner, her father would insist that she cross to her bedroom. Suspecting that her meals was once being spiked, on Wednesday night time, she opted to have dinner in her bedroom. Her father served her the meals there but when he left the room, she dumped it and left the plate in the kitchen sink. She then went to her room and pretended to go to sleep.
She said she was once shocked to peer her father getting into her bedroom and molesting her. She tried to raise an alarm and alert her stepmother and siblings in the other bedroom, however the father allegedly gagged her, slapped her and threatened her. He then left the room, threatening to go back the next day to come.
The girl took to social media and narrated her ordeal to a friend, who contacted the NGO, which helped her document a case against her father who works with a personal company. Her father divorced her mom some years ago and she and her more youthful sibling were staying with him after he remarried.
