MADURAI: The Madurai bench of the Madras top courtroom on Tuesday granted bail to assistant professor Nirmala Devi who was once arrested by the CB-CID for luring school girls to do sexual favours for upper officials in Madurai Kamaraj University.
Justice M Dhandapani granted bail to Nirmala Devi after the state expressed no objection to her being launched on bail, in response to a petition moved by Nirmala Devi.
