Allahabad: Charred our bodies of a woman and her two minor youngsters were found of their house in Taural village below Karchana police jurisdiction on Thursday. Police have filed an FIR on charges of dowry death in opposition to the girl’s husband and father-in-law. While the husband is these days at the run, the girl’s father-in-law has been arrested.
The lady’s frame used to be found at the ground in a room, whilst the ones of her youngsters were present in a metal trunk in the similar room.
SSP Atul Sharma said the deceased had been identified as Usha Patel (30), Aman (3) and Priyanka 2. An FIR has been lodged by means of Usha’s brother below Section 304B (dowry death) of the IPC, naming Usha’s husband Ganesh Prasad Patel and her father-in-law Nirbhay Lal Patel.“The village head informed us that both her husband and her father-in-law had gone to the fields to harvest wheat crop. In the meanwhile, the villagers noticed smoke billowing out of the house. When they rushed there, the found the door locked from within,” said the SSP.
“The villagers then climbed atop the roof of the house and entered the room, most effective to seek out the charred frame of Usha. On probing, they found the badly burnt our bodies of the children in a trunk,” said Sharma.
CO Karchana Sachidanand said, “Pushpa’s brother Ajeet Kumar has alleged that his sister and the children had been murdered by means of her father and brother-in-law. We have registered a case below Section 304B of the IPC on this regard. While Ganesh is at the run, his father Nirbhay used to be arrested.”
