Ludhiana: The temperature in the city has started to rise once more after closing beneath standard after recent rainfall. Residents are in for a foul information as the met department has predicted dry weather ahead for a few days.
As consistent with the met department, the utmost temperature in city on Friday was recorded at 31.6 degree Celsius, which is 4 degrees less than standard. The day temperature on Thursday was witnessed at 27.9 degrees Celsius, which was 8 degrees less than standard. The minimum (night time) temperature on Friday was witnessed at 16.6 degrees Celsius, which some extent less than standard, however 1.7 degrees greater than on Thursday.

“The weather is expected to stay dry for the following two to a few days. During at the present time, the day and night time temperatures may witness an increase,” mentioned director of met department in Chandigarh Surender Paul. The met department web page suggests that the day temperature is expected to rise to 35 degree Celsius until subsequent Tuesday. The night time temperature may regularly increase to 21 degree Celsius until Tuesday.
