Kolkata: Officer-in-charge of EVMs goes missing

KRISHNANAGAR: The officer given charge of EVMs and VVPATs for the Krishnanagar and Ranaghat Lok Sabha constituencies went missing on Thursday, 11 days sooner than polling right here, prompting the EC to appoint a substitute on Friday.
