Taking strong objection to chief secretary LV Subramanyam reviewing the counting arrangements, TDP senior chief Mannava Subbarao has demanded that Election Commission must immediately take away him from the fee. He mentioned that LV Subramanyam isn't entitled to proceed as chief secretary as he's an accused in numerous scandals along with YSRCP chief supremo Jaganmohan Reddy.
