HYDERABAD: A 24-year-old girl from Nallakunta, Hemalatha, delivered quadruplets, two boys and two ladies, at Geetha Nursing Home in Chilkalguda on Sunday.
Though the woman had delivered the quadruplets on April 2, the babies, who weigh round 1 kg, have been declared secure and passed over to the mother at the BCC Neo Hospital within the town on Sunday.
According to medical doctors, quadruplets are born once in every eight lakh births. “Usually, we simply examine those cases but rarely get to look them.
