RAJKOT: Four homicide accused had been shot at by means of six individuals in an SUV once they had been on their approach to Limbdi court in Surendranagar district for a listening to on Tuesday morning. The attackers had been the relations of the man who was once allegedly stabbed to demise by means of the homicide accused in 2016, stated police.
The incident took place near Avantika Hotel on Limbdi-Rajkot highway about 10km from Limbdi the town.
According to police, Yuvrajsinh Parmar (22) of Novaniya village in Muli taluka of Surendranagar, who is accused of murdering on Raju Khachar in 2016, was once on his approach to Limbdi court together with three co-accused within the case in a automobile.
When they reached Avantika Hotel, six males in an SUV intercepted their automobile and fired three spherical from a revolver on Parmar and others. Police stated that Parmar got hit within the arm but is out of risk.
The accused had been recognized by means of Parmar as Bharat Kathi and Manglu Kathi who had been accompanied by means of 4 others. Bharat and Manglu are kinfolk of Raju Khachar, for whose homicide Parmar and the others are on trial.
Police stated that Bharat and Manglu wanted to avenge Khachar’s homicide. Hence, they attacked Parmar and others while they had been on their approach to Limbdi court. Bharat, Manglu and their aides had been booked for try to homicide, rioting and under the Arms Act. All the accused are yet to be arrested, police stated.
