BHUBANESWAR: Fumed over under-representation of state universities and faculties within the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranking, Odisha govt sought clarification from all state-run technical institutes inside per week. The institutes were asked to furnish a element file on why it does now not to find anywhere within the NIRF.
