CHANDIGARH: The Core Committee of the 1994 Law Graduates met at Chandigarh on Sunday afternoon on an initiative by means of Vikas Chatrath, Advocate practising in the Panjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh being the alumnus and coordinator of the Panjab University Law Alumni - 1994 (PULA-1994).
As many as 12 legislation graduate of the batch 1994 assembled to speak about and plan the celebration of the Silver Jubilee in their alumni. Vikas Chatrath formally shared that the alumni in their batch had achieved smartly within the walks of lifestyles after passing finishing LLB.
It was once apprised that from their Batch 5 of the Graduates were presently operating as Additional Sessions Judge, Jagdeep Kaur, Sanjeeta, Mahavir Singh, Jagdeep Sood and Arun Kumar Aggarwal. While Lakhbir Singh was once operating a Superintendent of Police. Rashmi Khurana was once operating as Dean of the Law Department in Meerut. The members advised that they should honor the Professors who had taught them in the Department. Jagdeep Kaur stated that although she has been transferred to Moga however the excitement to come to a decision the nitty gritty for the Silver Jubilee brought her to the meet. Similarly, Justice B S Walia, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court conveyed that he would have beloved to satisfy his previous scholars, however, he may now not attend due to his previous engagement.
Justice Jaishree Thakur, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court in her message stated that she would have love to be the part of the Silver Jubilee meet, but for the explanations beyond her keep an eye on, she may now not sign up for.Though Professor Nistha Jaiswal,Vice Chancellor National Law University, Shimla and Professor P S Jaiswal, Vice Chancellor, Rajeev Gandhi National Law University were not present, but they conveyed their best possible needs.
