Two kidneys, liver and both eyes have been recovered from the deceased Bhavna Savani, 62, a resident of Bhojavadar village of Umrala taluka in Bhavnagar. Among the recipients, Ashok Bhuria, 44, from Dahod, gained one kidney, while the opposite kidney went to Lakhan Sankhla, 26, from Khandela in Rajasthan. The liver used to be donated to Ghanshyam Gharmbha, 51, from Surat. Dr Pranjal Modi and Dr Jamal Rizvi carried out the operations at IKDRC in Ahmedabad.
