Tejashwi refrains from criticising Cong in Chatra

Ranchi: Leader of opposition in Bihar and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav criticised BJP throughout a election marketing campaign in Chatra on Wednesday, however chose to stay silent on Congress. The Lalu Prasad-led celebration has fielded Subhash Yadav towards BJP’s sitting MP Sunil Singh and Congress’s Manoj Yadav.
Chatra stays a bone of competition between mahagathbandhan constituents — of which Congress and RJD is part — after RJD was once not given the seat, prompting the latter to field a candidate towards its personal best friend.

In his rallies in Hunterganj, Manika and Panki, Tejashwi lashed out at BJP, accusing it of being towards Dalits, backward and minority communities. Tejashwi appealed the citizens to enhance his celebration’s candidate to make stronger the fingers of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad. He also accused the saffron party-led govt on the Centre of implicating Lalu in fodder rip-off circumstances.


“BJP is determined by a package deal of lies to lie to the citizens. If PM Narendra Modi claims he is the ‘chowkidaar’, then the hundreds are ‘thanedaars’. They have understood PM’s misdeeds and would make him pay for it,” Yadav stated.


Tejashwi was once flanked via former Bihar leader minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, who blamed the BJP govt for slicing down reservation for Dalit, backward and minority communities.


After Chatra, Tejashwi addressed a rally at Narayanpur in Palamu where the mahagathbandhan has fielded Ghuram Ram towards BJP’s V D Ram.
