NEW DELHI: A 24-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by way of striking herself from a ceiling fan in southwest Delhi's Kishan Garh house, police stated on Wednesday. The woman, who belongs to Uttar Pradesh, was preparing for aggressive exams here and dwelling at a rented space, they stated.
The incident took place on Tuesday and police stated they were informed about it round 10.30pm by way of the house owner.
The woman left in the back of a suicide notice mentioning that she was taking the extreme step by way of her personal wish and does no longer hold someone accountable for a similar, the senior police officer stated.
The frame was preserved in mortuary. It will be passed over to her circle of relatives after autopsy examination, police stated.
