At least 19 scholars, together with 16 women, died after a fireplace ripped thru a personal art training centre on the third ground of an illegally constructed industrial advanced in Sarthana space of Surat. The scholars, most commonly of their teens, have been attending categories at Smart Design Studio on the third ground when the fire broke out as a result of short-circuit in probably the most AC ducts.
