A major fire broke out in a chemical manufacturing facility in the Meerut Road industrial space on Friday morning. About a dozen fire tenders were rushed to the spot, including a foam-based fire soft that used to be especially called from Hindon IAF station, and after four hours of fire fighting, the blaze used to be introduced below control. No casaulties had been reported but goods price lakhs were gutted in the fire.
