* Chennai Super Kings are thru to their 8th IPL ultimate in 10 editions they have performed. Shane Watson (50) and Faf du Plessis (50) set the platform of the Chennai chase with an outstanding 81-run stand in 10.2 overs for the outlet wicket. CSK will now face Mumbai Indians within the ultimate on May 12 (Sunday). It will be fourth IPL ultimate between two three-time former champions. And Delhi remained the one group not to play an IPL ultimate.
