A bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice A J Bhambhani pointed out that “once the court has looked for certain courts for quick disposal of circumstances, the state government can't take a seat over it.." The Delhi HC directed the Delhi government to ascertain 18 fast-track courts and 22 industrial courts and on Thursday noted that the proposal has been pending for over two years now.
