A neighborhood leader of Samajwadi Party on Tuesday filed a petition prior to the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Mainpuri, in quest of action towards Uttar Pradesh leader minister Yogi Adityanath for his alleged derogatory remarks towards SP leader Akhilesh Yadav and BSP supremo Mayawati at his election rallies.
