An surroundings of tension and concern erupted in Pai village of Kaithal district after a lifeless body of an 18-year-old formative years known as Sansar has been recovered from near old Mahila Mandal within the village on Tuesday morning at around 6.30 am, who's murdered with some sharp-edged weapon through miscreants, told the police.
