Karnataka CET 2019 results announced; Bengaluru boy tops CET Engineering

BENGALURU: The Karnataka Examination Authority introduced the CET results on Saturday for admissions to courses like Engineering and technology, Naturopathy and Sciences, BSc (Agriculture), Veterinary Sciences and Pharmacy.

Bengaluru boy, Jeffin Biju from Chaitanya Techno, Marathahalli crowned CET Engineering.

He used to be additionally the state CBSE Class 12 topper for 2019. P Mahesh Anand from the similar college crowned BNYS (Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) and BVSc in Veterinary Science.

Girls crowned the BSC (Agriculture) course and Pharmacy. While the former used to be crowned via Keerthana M Arun from National Public School, Rajajinagar, the latter course's topper is Sai Saketika Chekuri of Sri Chaitanya Techno, Ramamurthynagara.

The KEA introduced that govt will reimburse the varsity charge of best five rank holders of all of the 5 courses.

A total of 194308 candidates had carried out for CET this 12 months, of which, 180315 (92.79%) scholars seemed for the examination held across 431 centres in the State on April 29 and 30 this 12 months.

The selection of candidates eligible for rating in more than a few courses are as follows: 140957 in Engineering and Technology courses, 113294 in Agriculture, 118045 in Veterinary Sciences, 117947 in Naturopathy and 146546 in B.Pharma and Pharma.D.
