HYDERABAD: The Nalsar University of Law will teach younger working towards advocates of Telangana from May 11 as part of a memorandum of figuring out signed between the school and the Telangana Advocates Welfare Trust, division of regulation, executive of Telangana on Friday.
According to a press release issued by means of Nalsar, purpose of the MoU is to offer coaching to younger working towards advocates having two to five years of experience at trial courts in Telangana. The first batch shall encompass 100 advocates across all Bar Councils of Telangana.
"The advocates training programme is not just focused on preparing the lawyers for litigation before the courts alone, but also be specially trained in rendering advisory services on various subjects relating to constitution, civil and business laws, criminal laws & public policy laws," reads the clicking release.
The coaching programme will focus on advocacy talents required to handle litigation matters or disputes coming up sooner than the court docket of regulation, analysis talents to hold out prison analysis on prison problems.
