The Patna high court on Friday upheld judgements of two separate decrease courts in which four convicts had been awarded life sentence within the sensational murder case of former Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) scholars’ union president Chandrashekhar Prasad murdered more than twenty years again. He used to be also an energetic office-bearer of CPI (ML) on the time of his assassination.
