Supreme Court reserves order on petitions seeking review of Rafale verdict

A bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi reserved its verdict on a batch of petitions looking for evaluate of its ultimate 12 months Dec 14 judgment which had dismissed the pleas challenging India's settlement with France to acquire 36 Rafale fighter jets. Attorney General K K Venugopal, objected to the evaluate petition announcing the grounds for evaluate are the similar as they had been in the primary petition.
