Stating that there was a 5.26 in keeping with cent building up in polling after 5pm in Telangana and no longer ‘a trifling 2.12 in keeping with cent’ as mentioned through chief electoral officer Rajat Kumar in a press conference on April 16, the Congress on Friday lodged a criticism with the ECI towards Kumar and recommended the election body to each seek an explanation from the CEO and take severe motion towards him.
