'Foreign trouble' is back to hang-out the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). This is the third time that the TDP is in a deep political disaster since its formation in 1982, and on two events the birthday celebration president was on overseas tour on the time of the disaster. On one occasion, the TDP supremo was clear of the state capital.
