As rape sufferers of Muzaffarpur refuge house recorded statements and made reference to 1 "tondwale uncle Netaji" (uncle with paunch) and also to 1 "moochwale uncle ji" (uncle with moustache) who used to talk over with the refuge house to sexually assault them, the Supreme Court on Monday directed the CBI to find out their identification and catch them within 3 months.
