COIMBATORE: Even as the municipal administration and water supply secretary Harmandar Singh inspected the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital (CMCH), 3 folks, including a three-year-old kid, reportedly died of fever within the town on Monday.
While two folks died in private hospitals within the town, Roshini, 3, died of viral fever on the CMCH. Meanwhile, Singh inspected the fever and dengue wards and ICU on the CMCH. He prompt the medical doctors that all dengue sufferers be tested thrice a day to observe their platelet count.
Singh also interacted with the sufferers. While inspecting the sanatorium premises for mosquito breeding sources, he found a couple of pipes leaking on the biomedical waste plant. He ordered the sanatorium government to rectify it straight away.
The secretary later within the afternoon conducted a gathering with the corporation and district administration officers. He prompt the officers and breeding control officers to seek advice from properties round 6am to test for mosquito breeding sources.
