Assam school bags boarding school award at Singapore conclave

GUWAHATI: The Miles Bronson Residential School (MBRS), a premier co-educational establishment in Guwahati, recently received the main boarding college award on the Icons of Learning conclave in Singapore. NK Dutta, the founder and primary of the school, also bagged the distinguished educationist award on the match.

The main goal of the conclave used to be to recognize the work being performed via the pioneering tutorial institutions in addition to their leaders. They were selected in accordance with the quality of opportunities they have supplied to their scholars to learn from global programmes and and prepare themselves for jobs one day. MBRS used to be selected because of its distinctive ecosystem of teaching and learning that is structured for the optimum advantage of scholars.

"Our students are taken on field trips, excursions and given hands-on training. A life skills development centre has been set up, which is the first of its kind in this region," said Dutta. He also emphasised at the need for having on-campus accomodation for the scholars and academic approaches that don't seem to be confined to the four partitions of a classroom.

"This significant recognition has enhanced the reputation of MBRS and also brought infinite laurels to the city as well as the entire northeast," said a statement issued via the school.
