GURUGRAM: A four-year-old lady succumbed to her injuries on Sunday after being hit via a Mercedes automobile near her home off Old Delhi-Gurgaon street.
According to the woman's parents, the four-year-old, recognized as Devika, was once enjoying via the roadside round 3pm on Sunday, near Raj Cinema, when a white-coloured Mercedes (HR26 CM 0006) hit her from in the back of. Though the driver immediately carried out the breaks, Devika fell at the footpath, her head hit the ground and suffered critical injures.
The accused and a couple of citizens in the space rushed Devika to General Hospital in Civil Lines where she breathed her closing round 3.40pm during the remedy .
According to the police, the driver of the auto has been recognized as Sunil whilst the auto is registered in the name of one Sandhya.
"An FIR has been registered against Sunil under sections 279 (rash driving or riding on a public way) and 304A (causing death by negligence) of the IPC. Sunil hails from Mahendragarh and considering the VIP number of the car, we are trying to find its owner," mentioned ASI Narpat Singh, Sector 14 police station.
