PANCHKULA: Honeypreet Insan, the adopted daughter of Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, has been identified as one of the most masterminds at the back of the violence at Panchkula on August 25 through which 36 other folks had been killed in police firing.
