Hubballi: MP Prahlad Joshi has asked officials inquisitive about enforcing the Smart City undertaking to paintings in tandem with different departments and have proper coordination with each and every different to reach luck in the undertaking.

Speaking at district-level assembly to review more than a few central govt tasks and different developmental works held on the DC's administrative center in Dharwad on Tuesday, Joshi expressed his dissatisfaction over the slow development in enforcing the Smart City undertaking.

Terming Smart City undertaking as essential to the twin towns' expansion, he recommended to hold a gathering convened through the deputy commissioner to unravel issues coming in the best way of enforcing the undertaking. All elected representatives must be invited to offer their ideas, he mentioned.


He additionally suggested HDMC commissioner Siddalingayya Hiremath to announce the listing of Ashraya scheme beneficiaries and remove the names of people who have already been benefitted from the plan.


DC S B Bommanahalli mentioned that works below the Smart City undertaking must get started through January and steps shall be taken to steer clear of additional extend. Hiremath confident that works below the undertaking and different works shall be finished inside the time limit.


Police commissioner M N Nagaraj, ZP CEO R Snehal, Dr Bhimappa and different districts officials have been provide on the assembly.
