Jaipur: The pamphlet says Muslims have been the usage of 'love jihad' to "convert Hindus for the last thousand years" and cites Bollywood actors Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan as "examples... as they have deserted their Hindu wives to entrap other Hindu women".
The booklets were being offered and dispensed at a five-day 'non secular' fair organised through Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation (HSSF) that began on Thursday. When contacted, the organisers denied provocative material was being dispensed at the fair. "This is a spiritual fair; we are not distributing any literature on love jihad," HSSF co-secretary Rajendra Singh Shekhawat stated.
Titled 'Jihad and love jihad... Hindu girls beware', the 16-page VHP manual recommends that parents monitor their daughters' actions at school and school, scan their mobiles telephones and warn them if a Muslim boy comes home to meet them.
