Hubballi: Tension prevailed for some time at Idgah Maidan right here on Tuesday when police attempted to stop farmers from promoting flowers and end result on 'Tulasi Lagna'.
Angry farmers were given into an argument with police and demanded that they be allowed to sell their produce on the spot. When HDMC started renovation work, taxies have been vacated and barred the entry of public to the bottom.
