LONDON: An India-born doctor was on Thursday sentenced to 12 years in jail for sexually assaulting 4 girls sufferers at his UK surgical procedure between 2008 and 2015.
Jaswant Rathore was found accountable of undertaking pointless massages at the sufferers at his Castle Meadows Surgery in Dudley, in the West Midlands area of England.
The 60-year-old, who had moved to Britain along with his circle of relatives on the age of three, was also positioned at the intercourse offenders' sign up indefinitely and made the subject of a 15-year sexual harm prevention order on the finish of the listening to at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

The basic practitioner (GP) was convicted of eight charges of sexual attack and two counts of attack by means of penetration towards 4 girls aged in their 20s and 30s following a seven-week trial.
He was cleared of an extra eight allegations in the case of 4 different sufferers.
The pass judgement on recounted that many witnesses had spoken highly of his "professionalism, diligence, expertise and amiability" however his personal and professional life were was a "complete shipwreck" because of the "planned and sustained" assaults.
"Many people visit their doctors and submit to the most intimate of examinations because they trust their doctor and that is eroded by people like you," he famous.
Rathore had denied the allegations and insisted he had all the time acted professionally and, in each case, the touching all the way through "manipulative therapy" were medically appropriate.
The court was advised that the GP had carried out his assaults on sufferers who had long gone to his surgical procedure with regular lawsuits such as pain in their abdomen or back.
Detective Inspector Michelle Thurgood of West Midlands Police, who headed the police investigation in the case, stated: "It was a horrific breach of a position of trust. This was somebody who was a trusted GP, respected in the community."
"Many of the patients had gone to him for many years, so absolutely trusted him. We go to our doctor when we're at our most vulnerable and he has abused that trust by carrying out those offences."
Thurgood stated the police feared there may be different sufferers as Rathore was running as a GP for many years and called on any others to "find the strength" to come back ahead.
