GURUGRAM: A voters’ crew from the city, called Undiluted Rera, has moved the Punjab and Haryana top court, seeking changes within the Haryana Real Estate Regulation Act (H-Rera). The crew contends the state executive has diluted the central Rera rules to safeguard the hobby of builders via converting the definition of an ‘ongoing’ venture.
