PANAJI: Hours after being discharged from Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar tabled the price range 2018 in the assembly on Thursday.
After touchdown in Goa, Parrikar first went to his place of dwelling in Panaji. Parrikar arrived on the state assembly complicated and held a cupboard meeting. Ministers, MLAs and officials lined as much as greet him as he alighting from his official automobile at 2.25pm. He walked, in his standard style, leaving no indication of his illness, for a gathering with officials.
During his speech in the House, Parrikar said that generating employment will be the major focus of his price range.
”This 12 months will be the 12 months of employment”, Parrikar said. The chief minister said he would pop out with schemes after sometime.
Parrikar thanked the MLAs and smartly wishers who prayed for his early recovery.
Earlier, the House handed the appropriation bill moved via Parrikar.
Speaker Pramod Sawant said previous it used to be scheduled to be a month-long price range session but later it used to be curtailed in view of the executive minister’s health.
Speaker Pramod Sawant had announced a couple of hours again that Parrikar would desk the state price range at 3pm on Thursday in the Goa legislative assembly.
Parrikar used to be being treated in Mumbai for pancreatitis since February 15.
