GURUGRAM: The executive is making plans to transform a total of 50 acres — 20 acres close to Bhondsi and any other 30 acres close to Damdana village — into two city forests, state wooded area and flora and fauna minister Rao Narbir Singh stated on Friday throughout a meeting with a gaggle of environmentalists who raised considerations about fast-depleting green covers in Haryana.

The wooded area division will make provisions for water and fencing to verify a minimum of 80% sustainability of trees to be planted within the proposed websites.


“At least 20 acres of land (in Bhondsi) might be handed over to a gaggle of environmentalists who've proven passion in wearing out plantation drives to broaden a wooded area there. The area might be fenced correctly and provisions might be made for proper watering of the vegetation,” the minister stated throughout a tree plantation pressure by way of Dhyan Foundation in Bhondsi.


This aside, assets within the wooded area division stated, around 30 acres close to Damdama Lake would also be given for sapling plantations. “We are making plans to carry out huge plantation drives close to Damdama village.
