KALABURAGI: M Mallikarjun Kharge, opposition chief of the Congress in Parliament, published that he has been receiving demise threats over the last 3 months. Kharge stated he has filed a grievance with the Tughalak police station in New Delhi. He claimed unknown individuals had been calling him from different telephone numbers, threatening to kill him.

Speaking to the media in Kalaburagi on Sunday, Kharge stated he had written to the Union home minister and the Speaker of the Lok Sabha at the issue. He stated he has left it to the police to take care of the topic.


“It is an excessively bad factor that opposition leaders are getting such calls,”


Kharge stated. “But when Prime Minister Modi himself indirectly threatens us by pronouncing such things as you won’t be there after the following elections, then why must now not others be emboldened to make such threats? I'd have died when I used to be sixyears-old, but I have lived to 76 on account of the love and believe of other folks.”
