KANPUR: Shashi Mishra and Anamika Mishra, the city-based mother-daughter duo who’re suffering from muscular dystrophy and had earlier written to the the President and PMO in the hunt for permission to go through euthanasia, on Sunday staged a ‘dharna’ at their area.
The two demanded that the process to permit mercy killing be speeded up in their case in gentle of Supreme Court’s verdict on Friday, because they'd no chance at a greater high quality of existence. Now, with the SC verdict, we do not need to beg in front of the authorities and will die with ease,” said Anamika, a trade graduate, who had earlier written a letter in her blood to the President and PM.
